Frequently asked questions FAQ
CLARITY is an AI-powered B2B platform for modern recruiting, assessment and decision-support workflows. Companies can use CLARITY to run structured interviews, assessments, resume checks, analytics and professional PDF reports in a more consistent and scalable way.CLARITY does not replace human decision-making. It provides structured insights and decision support for HR teams, recruiters, managers and authorised company users.CLARITY AI Analytics is a B2B system for structured recruiting, talent and AI readiness workflows. Companies can use video presentations, AI interviews, assessments, CV analysis, AI literacy evidence, reports and dashboards to capture and document relevant information more effectively.
CLARITY is designed for companies, recruiting teams, HR departments, agencies, consultancies and organisations. It is not a consumer product. Private individuals cannot purchase or use CLARITY independently. Candidates or employees participate only when invited by a company through an individual link.
A company purchases a package or license pool and receives access to the CLARITY dashboard. From there, the company can generate individual links for candidates or employees. The invited person completes an interview, assessment or resume check online, and CLARITY generates structured results and PDF reports.
Reports and results are made available to the inviting company through the dashboard. Depending on the module, this may include PDF reports, audio/video recordings, chat answers, status data, analytics and downloadable outputs.
CLARITY includes several modules:
* **Interview**: AI-supported interviews via audio, video, chat or combined formats.
* **Assessment**: Structured evaluations for areas such as aptitude, personality, skills and language.
* **Resume Check / CV Analysis**: Resume screening against a target role, including evidence, fit, risks and interview questions.
* **Analytics & Dashboards**: Overview of packages, links, candidate status, reports, usage and KPIs.
* **Meeting Intelligence**: Planned future module for meeting transcription, analysis and decision support.
The **Interview Module** evaluates candidates based on spoken or written answers in a role-related interview.
The **Assessment Module** evaluates specific capability areas such as language, personality, problem-solving, work style or practical skills.
The **Resume Check** analyses a CV or resume against a target role and provides role fit, evidence, strengths, risks, red flags and suggested interview questions.
Together, these modules can provide a more complete picture than a resume or manual screening alone.
The company creates an individual interview link with role, language, question depth and interview mode. The candidate opens the link and answers the questions by audio, video, chat or a combined mode. After completion, CLARITY processes the answers and generates a structured report.
### Which interview modes are available?
Depending on the purchased package and configuration, CLARITY may support:
* Audio interview

Co-Branded means that both the customer company and CLARITY appear in the report. The customer’s brand is visible, while CLARITY is referenced as the technology and analysis partner. This is suitable for companies, consultancies or recruiting teams that want to use CLARITY together with their own brand.
White-Label means that the customer’s brand is placed in the foreground. CLARITY appears only discreetly, for example as a technical or AI-assisted analysis reference in the footer. This option is especially useful for recruiting agencies, consultancies or partners that want to offer CLARITY-powered reports under their own brand.
CLARITY is designed to support GDPR and UK GDPR compliant use by companies. This includes transparent information, purpose-based processing, role-based access, secure storage, defined retention periods and deletion concepts.
The specific legal role, lawful basis and information obligations may vary depending on how the inviting company uses CLARITY. Companies should review their own privacy notices, internal processes and legal requirements accordingly.
Depending on the module, CLARITY may process:
* name or candidate identifier
* target role or position
* interview or assessment answers
* chat and text inputs
* audio or video recordings where enabled
* CV or resume files
* analysis results and PDF reports
* technical status, security and audit data
Only data required for the selected module and purpose should be processed.

* chat and interaction data: up to 6 months
* reports: contract term plus up to 6 months
