1. AI explanation for CLARITY

As of July 2025

CLARITY uses state-of-the-art artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to enable in-depth analyses of the personality, communication, and mindset of applicants, employees, and teams.

1. AI technology used

CLARITY is based on the integration of GPT Business Plus (provided by OpenAI) and an intelligent agent system developed by us. This agent system is specially trained to:

analyze linguistic and emotional patterns

derive personality indicators

interpret formulations, behavioral tendencies, and thought processes

deriving concrete recommendations for action for companies

The underlying AI is not “independent,” but works on the basis of statistical probabilities derived from billions of data sets—supplemented by our specially curated evaluation models.

2. What does our GPT agent do?

The CLARITY Business Agent acts as an evaluation tool and automatically generates:
a dynamic personality profile based on user input
an assessment of speech quality, clarity, and coherence
an evaluation of thinking style (e.g., reflective, solution-oriented, strategic)
a comparative analysis in the context of professional requirements
The evaluation is individual and context-specific. No blanket classifications, no predefined typologies.

3. Human or machine?

CLARITY also analyzes language patterns that may indicate the use of AI-generated text (e.g., by ChatGPT, Bard, etc.). Our system recognizes typical characteristics such as:
Generic, over-formulated language
Lack of personal perspective or inconsistency
Certain syntactic patterns
Lack of individual experiential knowledge

  • These notes are taken into account in the report, but do not automatically influence the result. Companies are given the opportunity to review such cases manually.
